尾叶桉叶片脂肪酸成分的GC-MS分析

摘  要：
以索氏提取和超声波提取两种方法对尾叶桉U6桉叶油进行了提取,并利用GC-MS对其成分进行了分析。结果表明:桉叶油中共检出8种脂肪酸成分,其中饱和脂肪酸6种,分别为十四酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、二十四烷酸和二十八酸,多不饱和脂肪酸2种:亚油酸和α-亚麻酸;两种方法中索氏法的提取率(7.69%)明显高于超声波法(6.51%),而所得不饱和脂肪酸组成相同,索氏提取物中不饱和脂肪酸α-亚麻酸为18.93%,亚油酸为7.72%;超声波提取物中α-亚麻酸为30.31%,亚油酸为6.48%。

摘  要：
The extraction from Eucalyptus urophylla U6 leaves with Soxhlet and Ultrasonic methods were analyzed by GC-MS.The results showed that there were 8 kinds of fatty acids were detected,of which 6 kinds of saturated fatty acids:tetradecanoate,hexadecanoic acid,octadecanoic acid,eicosanoic acid,tetracosanoic acid and octacosanoic acid,and two kinds of polyunsaturated fatty acids,(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid and(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid.Extraction rate of Soxhlet method(7.69%) was higher than ultrasonic method(6.51%) significantly,and the main composition of polyunsaturated fatty acid extracted with two methods were the same,the relative content of(Z,Z,Z)-9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid and(Z,Z)-9,12-octadecadienoic acid were 18.93% and 7.72% in Soxhlet extraction respectively,and 30.31% and 6.48% in Ultrasonic extraction respectively.
