猪2型圆环病毒辽宁株的分离与鉴定

摘  要：
为了研究猪2型圆环病毒(PCV2)的生物学特性,试验采用PCR方法对从辽宁地区某猪场疑似断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)死亡病猪采集的病料,将鉴定PCR检测结果为阳性的病料接种PK15细胞进行病毒分离培养,将连续盲传12代的病毒进行PCR检测以及间接免疫荧光试验(IFA)、免疫过氧化物酶单层细胞染色试验(IPMA)进一步鉴定。结果表明:三种检测方法 PCV2的检测结果均为阳性,即我们所分离到的病毒为猪2型圆环病毒。

摘  要：
In order to study the biological characteristics of the porcine circovirus type 2, some epidemic materials were collected from the dead pigs which were suspected of suffering postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome(PMWS) in Liaoning area. And then we made the PCR detection. We selected positive samples and inoculated into PK15 cell and cultured. After 12 generations blind passages, we made the PCR test, indirect immunofluorescence assay(IFA) and immunoperoxidase monolayer assay(IPMA) for further identification. The results showed that the three detection methods were all shown as positive. Thus we can come to the conclusion that the virus that we isolated is porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2).
