饲料原料学是畜牧和饲料科学专业的核心课程,除了为后续课程(如饲料配方设计)打基础之外,服务饲料行业也是其最重要的课程任务。针对项目教学法在饲料原料学课程内容和教学模式设计中的应用作一介绍。

摘  要：
Feedstuffs is the core courses for the specialty of animal husbandry and feed sciences. Service feed industry is also the most important course task of feedstuffs except that feedstuffs lays a basis for follow-up courses like feeding prescription design. The application of item teaching method in the course of feedstuffs content and teaching mode design was introduced in this paper.
