香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种分子检测与枯萎病生物防治研究进展

摘  要:
香蕉枯萎病菌根据鉴别寄主的不同分为4个生理小种,其中4号生理小种(FOCRace4)几乎对所有香蕉栽培种均致病,严重威胁香蕉产业的可持续健康发展。近年来在广东、海南等地相继出现由4号生理小种侵染引起的香蕉枯萎病,并有进一步扩展蔓延的趋势。迄今为止,还没有一种理想的药剂可以有效防治该病,因此加强香蕉枯萎病的检验检疫工作,寻找有效的防治方法,控制该病的蔓延和危害迫在眉睫,而发展一种快速检测4号生理小种的技术方法将为检验检疫提供有力的技术支持。另一方面,生物防治也将成为控制该病害的一个新途径。概述了香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种的生物学特性、DNA分子标记技术、特异引物PCR检测技术、生防菌株的筛选和植物提取物的筛选等方面的研究进展,以期能为香蕉枯萎病的检测和防治提供有益的借鉴。

摘  要:
Nowadays the pathogens of banana wilt disease are classified to 4 races according to their different identical hosts. In particular, the race 4 was almost virulent to all banana cultivars, which has threatened the development of banana industry severely. In recent years, banana fusarium wilt caused by race 4 had appeared in Guangdong and Hainan in succession, with a trend of spreading more widely. Up to now, there was none a perfect fungicide for controlling the disease. Thus, it was the time to strengthen the work of detection and quarantine of banana fusarium wilt, to find an effective controlling method. So, developing a rapid detection technique will be effectively benefited for quarantine. At the same time, biological control has been reported as a new method for controlling this disease. This review summarizes the biological characteristics of FOC4, DNA molecular marker technique, specific PCR detection technique, the screening of bio-control strains and plant extracts, etc, hoping to provide academic basis for detection and control of banana fusarium wilt.
