人工感染的亚洲带绦虫六钩蚴在幼猪体内的分布和致病观察

摘要：

亚洲带绦虫是以猪为中间宿主的人体带绦虫,为了研究其幼虫的肝趋向性和组织选择性,试验分别用亚洲带绦虫虫卵灌胃和酶法孵化出六钩蚴后以静脉注射方式感染幼猪,35d后剖检,观察六钩蚴在猪体内的分布、发育和引起病变的特征。结果表明:两种途径入侵家猪的亚洲带绦虫六钩蚴都仅在肝脏发育成囊尾蚴;经静脉感染的幼猪肝脏、肺脏、肾脏、肌肉和皮下组织可检出以嗜酸性肉芽肿为主要特征的病变;经灌胃感染的幼猪则仅见肝脏出现病变,其他组织器官未见明显病变。

摘要：

To study the hepatic tropism and tissue selectivity of the larva of T.asiatica,piglets were infected by Taenia asiatica eggs or enzyme hatched oncospheres via gavage method or intravenous injection respectively.35 days later,distribution and development of the larva and pathological changes of piglet were observed.The results showed that cysticerci were only found in the livers of the piglets infected by both methods,eosinophilic nodules could be found in the liver,lung,kidney,muscle and subcutis of the intravenous infected piglet,but no pathologic changes could be found in other organs and tissues except the liver of the piglet infected by gavage method.
