巴山冷杉和秦岭冷杉树脂精油化学成分的研究

摘  要:
应用毛细管气相色谱标准样品叠加法和色谱—质谱—计算机联用技术研究了巴山冷杉和秦岭冷杉树脂中精油的化学成分。从巴山冷杉树脂精油中分离出的165个色谱峰中鉴定出29个成分,占精油总量的99.13%;从秦岭冷杉树脂精油中分离出的138个色谱峰中鉴定出22个成分,占精油总量的99.47%。两种精油被鉴定的成分均为香成分组成。

摘  要:
Chemical constituents of the essential oil from resin of Abies farge-sii Franch.and A.chensiensis Van Tiegh.were compared with authentic samples on GC and analysed by Gc/MS/DS technique.Among; the 165 Constituents separated from A.fargesii 29 compositions were identified, making up 99,13 per cent of the total oil.The maior compositions are limo-nene(48.36%) , α-pinene ( 31.86% ) , camphene ( 5.47% ) , β-pinene (4.1 %),caryophyllene (2.68% ) , α-terpinene(l .2%), myrcene (1 .09% ) , sa-ntene ( 1 .02% ) , etc.Of the 138 constituents separated from A.chensien-sis 22 compositions were identified, which makes up 99.47 per cent of the total oil.The main compositions are limonene ( 29 .86% ) , β-pinene (27.52%), α-pinene (25.51% ), camphene ( 9.98% ) , myrcene (2.15%) , bornyl acetate ( 1.57% ), tricyclene ( 1 .43% ) , etc. KEYWORDS Essential oil, Abies fargesii Franch., Abies chensiensis
