实蝇科害虫入侵防控技术研究进展

摘  要:
实蝇科害虫具有重要经济意义,其全球性入侵受到植物检疫等领域的普遍关注。本文在概述实蝇及其入侵防控技术研究背景的基础上,结合国内外近年研究报道较为深入地分析了实蝇入侵防控定量风险评估、种类分子鉴定、检疫处理及雄性不育治理等技术的研究进展,并建议有关部门进一步关注全球经济实蝇种类与疫情变化、加强实蝇防控技术研发与检疫应用、加强实蝇防控人才培养与国际合作。

摘  要:
As a kind of economic significant insect,the global invasion of Tephritidae attractes high attention in the field of plant quarantine.On the base of summarizing the research background of Tephritidae and its prevention & control techniques,this paper reviewed the research progress of quantitative risk assessment,species molecular identification,quarantine treatment and sterile insect techniques of Tephritidae.It is proposed to pay more attention on the species and epidemic change of global economic important fruit flies,to strengthen the research & development and quarantine application of Tephritidae prevention & control techniques,to enhance the professional education and international collaboration on fruit flies invasion management.
