本期提名焦点人物小档案:单华春,女,中国古生物化石保护基金会创始人,中国古生物化石保护基会副理事长兼秘书长.继其父亲单勇向安徽省人民政府和柳州市政府捐赠近五万件,18个门类的化石之后,她个人捐赠了全部原始基金,并将自己收藏的一批珍贵化石标本捐赠用于中国化石及地质环境保护公益事业.2005年,单华春联合中国科学院古脊椎动物

摘  要：
By learning from the index system of regional modernization,forestry modernization and sustainable de velopment,this paper designed the special evaluation index system for the modernization of state-owed forestry re gion,then does empirical study on the development level of Heilongjiang forest industry region's modernization,and obtained the result that it is still in the earlier period before modernized.The main factors restricting the mod ernization of forest areas are economic and social factors.Constraining these factors,this paper pertinently point out the approaches to realize the modernization of forestry region,which can provide a promising alternative to the de velopment of state-owned forestry region modernization practice.
