光纤通信技术在农机试验中的应用

介绍了以光纤通信为信息传输媒体的计算机测试系统,用于土槽实验室的农机性能试验。在试验台车上测试的水平力、垂直力、牵引阻力、扭矩、转速和台车行走速度等参数,通过光纤传送至控制室的上位机进行数据处理和存储,提高了农机试验的测试精度和可靠性。

摘  要:
A measurement system composed of data acquisition based on Single Chip Microcomputer, optical fiber communication(OFC) and data processing was developed to conduct tests in soil-bin laboratory. OFC was applied to transmit data in asynchronous communication mode with 9600bps during conducting agricultural machinery tests to restrain from the heavy electromagnetism interference and to suit the climate of high temperature and humidity in South China. The test system shows high reliability with introduction of OFC. [
