木薯收获机多阶挖掘铲设计及其力学特性分析

摘  要:
基于土壤的碎裂理论,参考薯类等块根类收获挖掘铲设计出了多阶挖掘铲。此挖掘铲轮廓呈弓形,有利于铲在土壤中运动;铲板增添纵向铲刃以增强铲板对土壤的剪切。将其与普通平面铲牵引阻力做对比分析,得出入土倾角取30°较合理,牵引阻力降低6.93%;分析铲板宽度与牵引阻力关系,得出铲板宽度取10~15cm较适宜。通过有限元分析其静力学性能,旨在为进一步的木薯收获机械挖掘铲设计提供参考。

摘  要:
Based on the crushing theory of soil and reference potato tuber harvest shove,the multi order mining shovel has been designed. The shape of digging shovel like a bow,which is conducive to shovel movement in the soil,and the shovel plate longitudinal blade was increased,which enhanced the shovel of soil shear. Study the traction resistance as compared with ordinary flat shovel analysis,the conclusion shows that the shovel angle takes 30° more reasonable,and traction resistance was reduced by 6. 93 %. As well as the relationships among the shovel plate width and traction resistance,it is concluded that the width of the shovel take 10 ~ 15 centimeter is appropriate; and its mechanical properties are analyzed by finite element analysis. The studies for further digging shovel of cassava harvest machinery design to provide the reference.
