不同生长年限紫花苜蓿根系形态特征分析

摘  要:
从根系形态角度分析了不同紫花苜蓿品种在山西省半干旱苏打盐碱区的适应性。研究表明:(1)总体上随着生长年限的延长,各苜蓿品种的根颈直径不断增粗,且根颈芽数量和根瘤数数量均以第3年的值最大。(2)各品种平均单位根系总根长由高到低依次为:SR4030(460.77cm)>卫星(375.09cm)>耐盐之星(240.80cm);平均单位根系总表面积由高到低的顺序依次为:耐盐之星(376.92 cm~2/m~3)>卫星(352.90 cm~2/m~3)>SR4030(327.89 cm~2/m~3)>敖汉(272.94 cm~2/m~3);生长年限越长,根系总体积越大,且差异显著(P<0.05);4个品种的平均根系直径分布在1.21cm~1.51cm之间,且不同种植年限下各品种间差异不显著(P>0.05);在不同种植年限下4个苜蓿品种的地下生物量差异较大,且变化规律不一致。(3)通过相关性和主成分分析发现,在本区域选择苜蓿品种时,应该侧重于选择根瘤数多、主根较长、侧根分布较多的品种,比如耐盐之星和SR4030苜蓿。

摘  要:
A field experiment was conducted to analyze the adaptability of different alfalfa varieties in semi-arid and soda saline-alkali area of Shanxi Province. The results showed that:(1) On the whole, the root neck diameter of alfalfa varieties increased with the extension of growth years, and the number of root neck buds and root nodules were the largest in the third year.(2) The average root length per unit root was SR4030(460.77 cm) > satellite(375.09 cm) > salt tolerant star(240.80 cm); The order of average total root surface area per unit root was: salt-tolerant star(376.92 cm~2/m~3) > satellite(352.90 cm~2/m~3) > SR4030(327.89 cm~2/m~3) > Aohan(272.94 cm~2/m~3); The longer the growth period, the larger the total root volume, and the difference was significant(P<0.05); The average root diameter of the four cultivars was between 1.21 cm and 1.51 cm, and there was no significant difference among the four cultivars under different planting years(P<0.05). The underground biomass of four alfalfa varieties varied greatly under different planting years.(3)Through correlation and principal component analysis, it was found that when selecting alfalfa varieties in this region, the selection of root nodules should be emphasized on the number of root nodules、longer main roots and more lateral roots, such as salt-tolerant star and SR4030 alfalfa.
