土壤水分胁迫对大麦籽粒内源激素及灌浆特性的影响

摘  要:
干旱缺水是植物生存环境中遇到的主要逆境因子之一。本文就正常水分处理和干旱胁迫条件下 ,大麦籽粒内源激素和籽粒灌浆方面的某些特性进行了比较研究 ,结果表明 :土壤水分胁迫导致大麦籽粒灌浆速率降低 ,灌浆期缩短 ,光合产物向籽粒的调运效率减弱与干旱导致籽粒内源激素含量的变化有密切关系。在籽粒发育和粒重形成期间 ,土壤水分胁迫使籽粒内源激素水平发生剧烈变化 ,籽粒生长发育也受到相应影响 ,土壤水分胁迫下较高的DHZR含量在籽粒建成过程中起主导作用 ,并同时伴有较高的DHZR/GA4比值 ;在灌浆过程中 ,土壤水分胁迫下灌浆速率降低与此期各种内源激素含量较低有关 ;干旱胁迫下 ,灌浆前期较高的ABA含量对籽粒灌浆速率表现为正效应 ,后期较高的ABA含量则表现为负效应

摘  要:
The experiments were carried out during 2000 under the condition of field experiment with rainproof shelter at the experimental station,Agriculture College,Shihezi University.Some physiological characteristics of endogenous hormones and grain-filling under contrast and soil water stress were compared.The main results were restrained grain-filling rate and shortened grain-filling time,decreased transportation efficiency of photosynthetic product to harvest organ under drought stress condition which was closely related to the changes in the content of endogenous hormone.During developing and the grain weight forming period,soil water stress caused changes in the content of endogenous hormones,grain filling were affected subseguently.Under soil stress the high value of DHZR played a main role on the construction of grains companied with relatively high value of DHZR/GA_4.Decreased grain-filling rate was related to low endogenous hormone during grain-filling stage.During earlier filling stage,the higher content of ABA showed positive effect on the filling rate,but was observed at later stage.
