摘 要：
本文以宿迁鸣凤漙公园项目为例,以将身边的"城市废地"变为"宝地",来打造"生态、精致、时尚"的特色景观。设计中充分利用原有的废弃鱼塘、古黄河堤坝,将之"变废为宝",使运动、科普、观光、休闲等功能融为一体。案例采用EPC(工程设计总承包)的创新模式,业主与设计施工单位全程紧密配合,有效克服了设计、采购、施工相互脱节的矛盾,保证了项目的进度、完成度及项目成本的精细控制。

摘 要：
This paper takes Suqian Mingfengtuan Park project as an example to transform the "urban wasteland" into "treasure place" in order to create an"ecology, delicacy and stylish" landscape. The design makes full use of the original abandoned fi sh ponds and the ancient Yellow River embankments, and turns the wastes into "treasures", combined the functions of sports, popular science, sightseeing and leisure. The case adopts the innovative mode of EPC(Engineering Design General Contracting). The owner and the design and construction unit closely cooperate with each other, eff ectively overcoming the confl ict between design, pruchase, construction, and ensuring the project's progress, completion, and fi ne control of the total cost.
