环南海地区渔业发展新思路与新模式研究

摘 要：
按照中共十八大提出的构建新型农业经营体系的要求,结合环南海地区渔业发展的实际情况,提出了环南海地区海洋渔业发展的新思路,一是扶植和培育新型农业经营主体,发展多种形式经营规模;二是促进水产品深加工的纵深型发展,推动产品出口。基于这一思路,从建立南海深水网箱养殖基地和发展外海远洋捕捞两方面构建了南海海洋渔业经营的新模式。

摘 要：
According to demands of constructing new type agricultural management system,combing with the actual situation of fishery in south China area,the new thought for fishery development was put forward: culturing new type agricultural management main body,developing various forms of operation scale;promoting the further development of deep processing of aquatic products,advancing products export.Based on the thought,the new mode of south China sea fishery operation was constructed from two aspects of establishing deep water net cage farming base and developing distant fishing.
