牛奶酸碱度变化在奶牛隐性乳房炎检测中的应用

摘  要：
利用奶牛隐性乳房炎诊断液、光学显微镜以及pH211酸度计测定乳汁的pH值与体细胞的含量,确定奶牛隐性乳房炎与牛乳pH值的变化关系。结果表明,牛奶pH值的变化与体细胞和炎性细胞的含量呈正相关,即泌乳奶牛奶样的正常pH值在6.4～6.6之间;体细胞在20～50万·mL-1区间时,牛奶pH值在6.6～6.8之间;体细胞在50～150万·mL-1区间时,其pH值在6.8～7.0之间;体细胞在150～500万·mL-1区间时,其pH值在7.0～7.2之间;体细胞在大于500万·mL-1时,其pH值在7.2以上。

摘  要：
This research selected six hundred and four milk samples from Xinjiang Corps and measured the contens of milk pH-value and embryonic cells to investigate the relation between the changes of milk pH-value and sublinical mastitis by using the diagnostic reagent of subclinical mastitis, the optical microscope and pH211 Acid METER. The result showed that positive relation existed between the changes of milk pH-value and the content of embryonic cells, the normal milk pH-value was between 6.4～6.6; when embryonic cells were between 0.2～0.5 million/mL, pH-value was between 6.6～6.8; when embryonic cells were between 0.5～1.5 million/mL,pH-value between 6.8～7.0; when embryonic cells were between 1.5～5.0 million/mL,pH-value was between 7.0～7.2,and when embryonic cells werer above 5.0 million/mL, pH-value was above 7.2.
