流感病毒先天性免疫机制研究进展

摘  要:
为了抵御流感病毒感染,宿主具备了许多先天性感受器,这些感受器识别病毒感染后激活下游的信号,从而阻碍流感病毒的复制并且促进病毒清除,同时也会造成一定的免疫损伤。本文分别从流感病毒的先天性识别机制,ISGs在抗流感病毒感染中的作用,流感病毒诱导的免疫损伤和免疫耐受以及如何防控流感病毒引起的急性肺脏损伤等四个方面进行阐述,可为针对流感病毒引起的肺部疾病制定合理的治疗策略提供理论依据。

摘  要:
Influenza continues to be an important disease and threatens health of human beings and animals. Many innate sensors detecting influenza viruses have been discovered in recent studies. These sensors activate downstream signals mechanisms to block influenza A virus replication and promote viral clearance when viruses invaded. This review discussed innate recognition to influenza virus infection, functions of ISGs in antiviral activity, immunological injury and tolerance induced by influenza viruses infection and how to control or decrease acute respiratory system injury. We also propose rational treatment strategies for acute respiratory disease caused by influenza viruses.
