理实一体化是针对中职学校学生的特点而探索形成的一种教学方法,其改变了以往理论与实践相脱节的弊端,比单纯的理论化教学具有明显的优越性.介绍理实一体化教学的模式构架、创立背景和优势所在,提出理实一体化实验室的构建程序和对教师的要求,提出下一步完善目标.

摘要：

The teaching method of integration of theory and practice is based on the characteristics of vocational school students, which has eliminated the maladies of the disconnection between theory and practice. It has obvious advantages than merely teaching theory. This article gives description of the framework, background and advantages of creating the teaching mode of integration of theory and practice, puts forward the procedures to establish laboratory of integration of theory and practice and the requirements for teachers as well as things to be done for further improvement of the teaching mode.
