AM真菌和PGPR对多环芳烃污染土壤中的高羊茅生理和生长的影响

摘  要:
丛枝菌根(arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌与根围促生细菌(plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria,PGPR)联合降解有毒有机物、修复污染土壤和促进植物生长的作用倍受关注。试验设菲和芘1:1混合处理浓度0mg·kg~(-1)、50mg·kg~(-1)、100mg·kg~(-1)和150mg·kg~(-1)下对高羊茅接种AM真菌根内根孢囊霉Rhizophagus intraradices(Ri)、变形球囊霉Glomus versiforme(Gv)、PGPR荧光假单胞菌Pseudomonas fluorescens Ps2-6、芽孢杆菌Bacillus velezensis Ps3-2、Ri+Ps2-6、Ri+Ps3-2、Gv+Ps2-6、Gv+Ps3-2和不接种对照共36个处理。结果表明,菲和芘胁迫下高羊茅相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶片菲和芘含量随菲和芘浓度增加而增加;超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(peroxidase,POD)活性和可溶性蛋白含量则呈先上升后下降的趋势。与未接种对照相比,接种AM真菌和PGPR能显著抑制菲和芘胁迫下高羊茅细胞膜透性和MDA含量的升高,增加高羊茅叶片SOD、POD活性和叶片中菲和芘含量,诱导产生更多的可溶性蛋白,增强高羊茅对菲和芘胁迫的耐受性,增加高羊茅的株高、干鲜重和叶面积。

摘  要:
The effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)on degrading toxic organic compounds,rehabilitating polluted soil,and enhancing plant growth are paid more attention to.Total 36 treatments were designed with F.elatainoculated with or without AM fungi Rhizophagus intraradices(Ri),Glomus versiforme(Gv),PGPR Pseudomonas fluorescens Ps2-6、Bacillus velezensis Ps3-2,Ri+Ps2-6,Ri+Ps3-2,Gv+Ps2-6,Gv+Ps3-2 under PAHs(phenanthrene:pyrene=1:1)0 mg·kg~(-1),50 mg·kg~(-1),100 mg·kg~(-1),and 150 mg·kg~(-1),respectively.Results show,under phenanthrene and pyrene stress,that the relative conductivity,MDA contents,and the contents of phenanthrene and pyrene in leaves of F.elataincreased as the increasing of concentration of phenanthrene and pyrene added;SOD activity,POD activity and soluble protein contents showed a decreasing trend after an initial increase.Being compared with the non-inoculation control,AM fungus and PGPR inoculation significantly inhibited the increase in relative electric conductivity and MDA contents,significantly improved antioxidant enzyme activity,such as SOD and POD,and induced greater proline contents,could greatly enhance the tolerance of Festuca elata to phenanthrene and pyrene,and improved the plant height,stem diameter and leaf area.
