基于层次分析法的城市建设用地集约度评价研究

摘要：

文章从微观尺度的角度,结合层次分析法、多因素综合评价法,开展了抚州市崇岗大道以南地区控规前后的城市建设用地集约利用比较研究。结果表明,抚州市崇岗大道以南地区控规编制前后城市建设用地集约度分别为31.60和75.34,通过控规编制提升了138%,城市建设用地利用由粗放转为集约。在此基础上,针对评价结果给出了相应的建议,以期为城市建设用地集约利用提供参考。

摘要：

The condition of intensive urban construction land use between before and after the regulatory planning in the south of Chong Gang Road Area, Fuzhou City is discussed in this paper, adopting the analytic hierarchy process and multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model, based on the micro scale indicates functional region. Between before and after the regulatory planning, the intensity value of urban land use has rose from 31.60 to 75.34, increased by 138%, which suggests that urban land use shifts from extensive to intensive. On the basis of this, corresponding suggestions are given for the evaluation results, so as to provide reference for urban construction land intensive utilization.
