竹材构造对其软化展开槽的影响研究

摘  要:
为了探究毛竹材构造特性对竹筒展开槽及软化效果的影响,选用壁厚、壁腔比、部位、去青与否、竹节个数等不同构造的毛竹筒在温度180℃,时间6 min软化生产工艺条件下进行软化实验,测量分析软化前后的展开槽大小。结果表明:毛竹筒构造特性对竹筒软化展开槽有不同程度的影响,去青和竹节个数对展开槽的影响最显著。毛竹壁厚对软化展开槽的影响较小,不同壁厚毛竹筒的展开槽相差不明显;毛竹筒壁腔比对展开槽的影响较大,竹材壁腔比越小,竹材软化的效果就越好;竹材基部到梢部的展开槽变化呈增大的趋势;去除竹青处理可使展开槽显著增大;竹节个数越多,展开槽就越小。

摘  要:
In order to explore the influence of structural properties of bamboo on the open groove and the softening effect. Bamboos with various wall thickness and different ratio of wall to cavity, from different parts, with different number of nodes, with or without skin in Phyllostachys edulis were chosen as samples. All samples were softened at 180 ℃ for 6minutes. Then,the open groove size was recorded and compared. The results showed that the structural properties of bamboo influenced on the open groove size at various degree. Removing bamboo skin and the number of bamboo nodes influenced on the open groove size the most. The wall thickness had less effect on the open groove size. The ratio of wall to cavity influenced significantly on the open groove size. The softening effect increased with the decrease of ratio of wall to cavity,the smaller the ratio,the better the softening effect. The open groove size increased from the base to the tip of the bamboo. Removing bamboo skin can increase the open groove size. The more the bamboo nodes,the smaller the open groove size.
