摘 要：
This paper reviews the existing researches and practices in ecosystem valuation in China, and points out the popular errors in terms of concepts, classification and methods. Due to the errors, the results of the researches are unreliable and incomparable. The main problem is that the asset and production have been confounded. This paper also points out that the causes of these errors root in the wrong translation of the summary of the UN Framework for Millennium Ecosystem Assessment which has been disseminated broadly in China and the ambiguity in the earlier researches and practices. The worse is that the national standard on Specification for assessment of forest ecosystem services in China published recently may continue to blow up the errors. Based on analysis, this paper presents the right concepts, classifications and valuation methods, and their recent progress and future direction.
