模拟酸雨对佛甲草的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究酸雨对佛甲草生长的影响,为佛甲草在合肥的进一步推广提供理论依据。[方法]以1年生佛甲草的盆栽扦插苗为试材,将98%的浓硫酸滴入蒸馏水中,配制成pH值分别为2.0、3.0、4.0和5.0的4个酸度梯度的模拟酸雨对佛甲草进行处理,研究酸雨对佛甲草根冠比、体内pH值、叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]酸雨pH值为2.0和3.0时,对植物体内pH值有显著影响,导致植物体地上部分叶片脱落或萎蔫,对植物的根冠比有明显影响,使佛甲草的根冠比大于对照,植物体内pH值和叶绿素含量均显著减小,植物体内pH值由酸雨pH值为5.0时的4.99降至pH值为2.0时的4.11;叶绿素含量由pH值为5.0时的0.184mg/g降至pH值为2.0时的0.1mg/g。[结论]佛甲草不适于在自然降水pH≤3的区域生长。

摘  要:
[Objective] The propose was to study the effects of simulated acid rain on Sedum lineareand provided the theoretical base for the further population of S.lineare in Hefei City.[Method] With 1-year-old potted cutting seedlings of S.lineare as the tested material,95% concentrated vitriol was dropped into the distilled water to prepare the simulated acid rain with pH of 2.0,3.0,4.0 and 5.0 for treatment of S.lineare and the effect of the simulated acid rain on the root-crown ratio,pH in the plant and chlorophyll content of S.lineare.[Result] The simulated acid rain at pH of 2.0 and 3.0 showed the remarkably effects on the pH in the plant,causing some leaves of above-ground part in the plant to be fall off and withered and had the obvious effects on the root/crown rate,making the root-crown ratio of S.lineare being greater than CK and pH value and chlorophyll content being decreased significantly.The pH in the plant was decreased from 4.99 when the pH of the simulated acid rain was 5.0 to the 4.11 when the pH of the simulated acid rain was 2.0 and the chlorophyll content was decreased from 0.184 mg/g when the pH of the simulated acid rain was 5.0 to the 0.1 mg/g when the pH of the simulated acid rain was 2.0.[Conclusion] S.lineare was not suitable for growing in an environment with the natural rainfall at pH≤3.
