摘  要:
在高效液相色谱手性固定相上对炔草酯的两个对映体进行了分离;考察了醇类添加剂的种类和浓度、流动相流速、温度等条件对拆分及保留的影响,优化了手性分离的条件。当分离温度在20~45℃范围内,在低温时能够获得更好的拆分。

摘  要:
Enantiomeric separation of clodinafop-propargyl was performed by high performace liquid chromatography with chiral stationary phase.The chromatographic conditions were optimized by studying the influences of the mobile phase composition including the concentration and type of the alcohol modifiers in hexane on enantiomers separation.The effect of temperature on chiral separation was investigated and it showed that a lower column temperature resulted in a higher separation efficiency for clodinafop-propargyl in the temperature range of 20-45℃.
