摘  要:
结合当今国际权威观点和我国实际国情,在综述国内外食物浪费、食物损耗、食物损失研究进展的基础上,对食物浪费、食物损耗与食物损失这三个概念的本质差别进行了界定,为减少食物浪费、防止食物损耗等相关研究提供科学依据和参考。

摘  要:
Based on the research advancement of foreign and domestic on the food waste,food wear and tear and food loss at home and abroad,combining with the current international authoritative viewpoint and actual situotion in China,we clearly defined the essential differences of three concepts among food waste,food wear and tear,and food loss to provide scientific basis and reference for the research on reducing the wastage of food and preventing food losses.
