摘  要：
森林资源,不仅为人类生产、生活和社会经济建设提供了副产品,而且为人类的生存环境提供了根本保障。森林资源一直以其外部公共效益服务大众,而林业经营管理者很难在其中获取足够的利益。随着林权制度改革的不断深入,森林资源资产转让、抵押贷款及合作股份经营等林业经济行为的出现,森林资源价值的体现日趋明显。通过对隆阳区国有林场森林资源资产的评估,为附近区域森林资源资产的评估和森林资源交易提供价值参考。

摘  要：
Not only Forest resources provide by-product about the human production,life and social and economic development,but also it provides a fundamental guarantee about the human survival environment.Forest resources have been serving the public with their external public benefits,however the forest management is difficult to obtain sufficient benefits.With the reform of forest right system,forest resources asset transfer,mortgage loans and cooperative stock management and other forest economic behavior,value of forest resources is becoming more and more important.Through the assessment of the forest assets of the state owned Forest Farm in Longyang District,it is hoped to forest resources asset and forest resource transaction in the vicinity provide reference.
