不同条件下黄铁矿氧化行为的研究

摘  要:
研究了淹水、湿润和干燥条件下有无氧化亚铁硫杆菌参与对淋溶柱中黄铁矿氧化行为的影响。结果表明 :在淹水和干燥条件下 ,黄铁矿氧化十分缓慢 ,氧化亚铁硫杆菌不能加速黄铁矿的氧化 ;而在湿润条件下 ,氧化亚铁硫杆菌能显著加速黄铁矿的氧化速度。 30℃恒温 ,经 143d培养后 ,5 0 0mL循环淋洗收集液中SO2 -4 的累积释放量为 46 90mg ,为未接菌对照的 2 6倍 ,pH从初始的 6 8降至 2 8。有氧化亚铁硫杆菌参与作用的矿石样品经扫描电子显微镜观察 ,表面多洞穴 ,而未接菌的矿石表面仍较平整。黄铁矿的氧化速率与Eh有关 ,Eh >0 6 0V时 ,矿石氧化作用强烈 ;而Eh <0 6 0V时 ,矿石氧化作用微弱。

摘  要:
Oxidation of pyrite in leaching columns under flooded,wetted and dried conditions with Thiobacillus ferrooxidans was studied.Under flooded and dried conditions,pyrite was oxidized very slowly and Thiobacillus ferrooxidans had no marked effect on pyrite oxidation.But the oxidation of pyrite was greatly accelerated under wetted condition.The SO 2- 4 released amounted up to 4 690 mg in 500 mL leaching solution,which was 26 times as much as that of control after the sample was cultured at 30 ℃ for 143 days.The pH of leaching solution dropped from 6 8 to 2 8.Small holes were observed on the surface of pyrite inoculated with bacteria by scanning electron microscope.However,that of the control still looked smooth.Pyrite oxidation was affected by Eh in columns.Oxidation reaction took place markedly when Eh>0 60 V vs.SHE(standard hydrogen electrode),while weakly when Eh<0 60 V
