阀门控制技术在农田灌溉中的应用

摘  要:
为了适应农田灌溉自动化、信息化的需要,本着实用、可靠的原则,设计了阀门控制电路及自动阀门的传动装置。采用双稳态触发器及施密特整形电路构成主控电路,继电器及开关电路的合理连接组成直流电动机正、反转的自停机构,由齿轮传动装置构成阀门的开启和关闭。实践证明,由电路控制和机械传动组成的自动阀门具有耐压高、寿命长、维护方便等特点,而且接口电路简单,适合各种形式驱动信号,并能够与计算机、信息传输技术相配套解决输水管道中阀门自动控制问题。

摘  要:
The automatic control valve of field irrigation is designed around practical and reable for adapting the requirement of field irrigation of the automatic control and information.The primary electrical control system including the two-stable trigger and schmidt trigger is used.The correct link about relay,opens and closure equipments has composed of automatic stop equipment about same and reverse rotating need of direct current motor,the valve opens and closure is composed of the gear drive.The new product composed of electric control and machine transmission system has stood a sevsr proof,including the bigger pressure,long life,simple safeguard,and so on,simple connection form applies to many different signals.The automatic control valve in pipeline transportanting water has completsed after in combination with computer and signal transmission technology.
