应激反应与饲养方式对新疆褐牛青年母牛超排效果的影响

摘  要：
在拴养和散养新疆褐牛青年母牛的超排中,两组的平均回收卵数差异显著(P=0.02),有效胚胎率,差异不显著(P=0.12)。拴养供体有效胚胎率为58.48%,自由采食供体为54.88%。结果表明,应激反应与饲养方式对超排反应影响较大,但对平均有效胚胎率影响不大。

摘  要：
The paper compares the superovulation of two groups Xinjiang brown cows,of which one group is chained feeding and another is Ad libitum feeding.The difference of average recovery eggs of this two groups is significant(P=0.02),but the effective embryo rate is not significant(P=0.12).The effective embryo rate in chained feeding group is 58.48%,but in Ad libitum feeding group is 54.88%.The results show that Nutrition and Stress Response have greater effect for Superovulation,but with little effect for average effective embryo rate.
