烤烟根际土壤中钾素及微素行为的研究

摘  要:
本文采用根际袋法研究了不同烟草品种的部分矿质营养元素在高钾和低钾环境下的根际行为差异。结果表明,烟草根际微区土壤中的速效钾、速效磷和缓效钾呈亏缺状态,而有效Fe、有效Mn、有效Zn和有效Cu,在根际明显富集。根际微区养分的亏缺和富集因施K量、土壤类型、烟草品种的不同而有不同程度的差异。提高施K量可以显著提高根际和非根际土壤中有效钾含量和烟叶K的含量,提高施K量导致根际有效P的降低,由于红壤pH远低于潮土,因此,非根际土壤中有效Fe含量是红壤高于潮土,而根际土壤有效Fe含量则是潮土远远高于红壤。同NH_4-N相比,NO_3-N会使根际钾亏缺增大,根际pH上升。

摘  要:
The study on the behaviour of potassium, phosphate and trace elements, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn, in the rhizosphere of different varieties of flue-cured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) with high and low potassium application with rhizobag technique showed that soil available K, soil available P, and slow available K was in depletion status, whereas DTPA extractable Fe, Mn, Zn and Cu accumulated obviously in rhizosphere. The depletion * and accumulation rates of mineral nutrients differed in degree with K application rate, soil type, and tobacco variety. The content of available K in both rhizosphere and bulk soil and K concentration in tobacoo leaf increased significantly, and the available P in rhizosphere dropped with more K application. The DTPA-Fe content of red soil much lower in pH was higher than that of calcareous soil in bulk soil. But the DTPA-Fe content of calcareous soil was much higher than that of red soil in rhizosphere, which was considered perhaps to be mainly related to releasing of Fe phytosiderophore. Nitrate could increase depletion of available K in rhizosphere and also soil pH in comparision with ammonium.
