黄瓜采摘机器人嵌入式系统的设计与实现

摘 要:
将嵌入式系统应用于智能农业机器人是该领域今后发展的一个趋势。为此,介绍了黄瓜采摘机器人基于DM642+S3C2410嵌入式系统的设计与实现;阐明了该嵌入式系统的硬件组成原理及软件结构。经系统与机器人移动平台以及机械臂联调测试表明,其实时性好、识别率高、定位精确、功耗小且成本低,能够完成非结构化环境下对黄瓜果实的识别与定位,并最终完成对黄瓜果实的采摘。

摘 要:
In the field of agricultural intelligentized robots,using embedded system will be a new trend.In this article we introduced the design and implementation of embedded system based on TMS320DM642+S3C2410 for cucumber harvesting robot,and clarified the basic principle of this embedded system's hardware,software.The commission and adjustment of the automatic guided vehicle and robot manipulator proves that the system fulfills the real-time need and has advantage of precise locating,low power,low cost.The system can accomplish the recognizing and locating method for cucumber objects under unstructured environment,and harvest the cucumber at last.
