产后子宫内膜炎病牛子宫内支原体的分离与鉴定

摘  要：
选用产后7～10d的急性脓性子宫内膜炎病牛和健康中国荷斯坦奶牛各20头,通过支原体分离培养、DNA荧光染色法及套式PCR方法,检测了子宫病料中支原体的感染情况,并确定了支原体种类,以探讨支原体感染在奶牛子宫内膜炎中的作用。结果显示,子宫内膜炎病牛子宫的支原体检出率为60%,其中45%发生子宫黏膜细胞感染;而健康组奶牛的检出率仅有10%,且无胞内感染发生;分离到的支原体经鉴定均为解脲支原体。表明子宫内膜炎病牛大部分伴随有子宫黏膜细胞内解脲支原体的感染,支原体的胞内感染影响子宫细胞机能,对子宫内膜炎的发生、发展具有促进作用。

摘  要：
Mycoplasma infection in uterine samples collected respectively from 20 dairy cows with acute blennorrhea endometritis and healthy Chinese Holstein dairy cows in postpartum from day 7 to 10 was determined using Mycoplasma isolation culture,DNA fluorescent staining method and nested PCR to explore the role of Mycoplasma infection in endometritis dairy cows.In result,the positive rate of Mycoplasma in the uterine of endometritis dairy cows was 60%,among them,45% were infected in uterus mucosal cells.While the positive rate of the healthy ones was only 10%,no cell infection was observed.All isolated Mycoplasma were identified to be Mycoplasma urealyticum.The result indicated that most endometritis dairy cows were infected in uterus mucosal cells with M.urealyticum which could produce uterine dysfunction,and promote the improvement of the endometritis in dairy cows.
