干旱和盐胁迫对紫叶酢浆草光合性能和渗透调节能力的影响

摘  要:
以盆栽紫叶酢浆草为供试材料,研究干旱和盐胁迫对紫叶酢浆草光合性能和渗透调节能力的影响。研究结果表明:紫叶酢浆草在不同程度干旱和盐胁迫的处理下,随着胁迫程度的加深,净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)呈下降趋势,而胞间CO2浓度(Ci)却随之升高,非气孔限制因素为主要的限制因子;同时,茎和叶的渗透势下降,渗透调节能力增强。

摘  要:
The Oxalis vidacea L.seedlings were treated with Drought and different NaCl concentrations and examined the photosynthetic properties and osmotic adjustment ability.The results showed that with the concentration of NaCl increasing the net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,Stomatal Conductance decreased,but the intercellular CO2 concentration increased,and the non-stomatal limitation became the main factor.The osmotic potential of stem,leaf of Oxalis vidacea L.seedlings decreased and the osmotic adjustment ability increased.
