山东省番茄溃疡病病原菌的分离与鉴定

摘  要:
本试验对山东省内不同地区番茄溃疡病发病情况进行调查,采集具有典型症状的病样,采用组织分离方法分离纯化病原菌,并对其进行形态学观察、分子生物学鉴定和致病性测定。结果表明,不同地区番茄病样分离得到的4个菌株均属于溃疡病菌Cmm,但致病力存在差异。本研究可为番茄溃疡病的准确鉴定和病害防治提供参考。

摘  要:
In this experiment,the incidence of tomato bacterial canker disease was investigated in different areas of Shandong Province. The diseased samples with classical symptom were collected,and then the pathogen was isolated by tissue-isolation method and the morphological characteristics,molecular identification and pathogenicity test were conducted. The results showed that four strains were obtained from the investigated areas in Shandong Province. All they belonged to Cmm with different pathogenicity. This research could provide references for the identification and control of tomato bacterial canker.
