摘 要:
Microspore-derived embryos of loose-curd cauliflowers were used as explants. Effects of chilling, activated charcoal and AgNO3 on plant regeneration were studied. The results showed that cold treatment(4 ℃) for 3 days further increased the embryo germination in two genotypes tested. Adding activated charcoal in the medium showed no distinct difference for embryo germination, but the phenomenon of vitrification had been relieved. Adding 5.0 ~7.0 mg·L-1 AgNO3 in the medium efficiently improved the embryo germination.
