有机无机复合物包裹尿素铵态氮释放特性的研究

摘 要:
为探讨有机无机复合物作为肥料包裹材料对氮素缓释效果。以改性聚乙烯醇为粘结剂,硅藻土、沸石粉和碳化稻壳粉末为包裹材料制成的包裹尿素,通过土柱淋洗试验研究养分释放特性。结果表明:制备包膜尿素的缓释效果显著,养分最大释放速率明显降低,峰值出现时间明显延后;有机无机复合物作为包裹层都能完整将颗粒肥料包裹,粘结剂A效果优于B,包裹材料硅藻土,效果好于沸石粉和碳化稻壳。以环氧树脂改性的聚乙烯醇和硅藻土作为包裹材料做成包裹缓释尿素对养分的缓释效果要优于其他处理,因此该复合材料更适于做肥料的缓释材料。

摘 要:
This study aimed to investigate the effects of organic-inorganic compound as coated fertilizer material on nitrogen release, modified polyvinyl alcohol as a binder, celite, zeolite powder and carbonized rice husk powder as coated materials were made one kind of coated urea. The nutrients releasing characteristics were studied through the soil column leading test. The results showed that self-sustained-release coated urea had a significantly slow release effect, the maximum release rate decreased significantly and the peak time delayed significantly. The wrapping layer of organic-inorganic composite material could wrap the granular fertilizer completely, and the binder A is better than B, the wrapped material diatomaceous earth had a better effect than zeolite powder and carbonized rice husk. The slow release effect of the coated urea using polyvinyl alcohol modified by epoxy resin and celite as coated material was superior to the other treatment. Therefore, the composite material is more suitable for wrapped material to produce slow release fertilizer.
