聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯—杨木塑合木尺寸稳定性欠佳的机理

摘  要:
对PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯)—杨木塑合木进行丙酮抽提24h试验,利用扫描电镜(SEM)的微观观察和对快速傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)的反应机理分析,从根源上探求了PMMA—杨木塑合木长时间浸水环境下尺寸稳定性欠佳的根本原因。结果表明:在所采取的塑合木制备工艺条件下,MMA仅与木材细胞壁发生了微弱的键合,主要通过自身的双键聚合生成PMMA,沉积填充在木材细胞腔中,延缓了水分向木材细胞壁的渗透,并未从根源上消除木材细胞壁上的吸着点羟基。

摘  要:
The primary cause of the unsatisfied dimensional stability of PMMA-poplar wood polymer composites under the long soaking condition was investigated by the acetone extraction within 24 hours,and analyzed with SEM and FTIR.Results showed that methyl mathacrylate(MMA) just reacted weakly with the hydroxyls on the wood cell wall under the preparation craft.And the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) got through the homopolymerization of MMA mainly filled in poplar wood cell lumen without essential removing the hydroxyls of the wood cell wall,which just retards the permeability of water into the wood cell wall.
