花生壳粉去除印染废水中活性染料的研究

摘  要:
用花生壳粉作为生物吸附剂对活性黄、活性蓝及活性红3种染料进行吸附处理,分别考察了溶液pH、吸附剂粒径、吸附时间等因素对染料吸附效果的影响。结果表明,在吸附剂浓度为6.7 g/L、吸附剂粒径80~120目、染液pH 2~3、染料浓度100 mg/L的条件下,花生壳粉对3种活性染料的吸附效果较好;吸附时间为15 min时,花生壳粉对活性黄和活性红的吸附脱色率分别为86.6%和91.2%;吸附时间为45min时,花生壳粉对活性蓝的吸附脱色率为89.0%。

摘  要:
Adsorption of active yellow M-3RE,active blue M-2GE,active red 3BS by peanut shell was studied using static adsorption method.The effects of pH,particle size of peanut shell and adsorption time on adsorption efficiency were investigated.Results showed that,when the dosage of peanut shell was 6.7 g / L,pH 2~3,particle size of peanut shell 80 ~120 mesh,concentration of reactive dye was 100 mg / L,the adsorption efficiency to the 3 active dye was well.When adsorbing for 15 min,the adsorption rate of active yellow M-3RE and active red 3BS could be up to 86.6% and 91.2% respectively;when adsorbing for 45 min,the adsorption rate of active blue M-2GE could be up to 89.0%.
