摘  要:
农地利用不仅要实现较高的经济效益、社会效益、生态效益和综合效益,而且要求3个子系统之间相互协调。本文以宁阳县为研究区,构建农地效益评价指标体系,分别采用主成分分析法和层次分析法测算2001~2010年农地效益,变异系数法计算农地系统协调度。结果表明:1宁阳县农地经济、社会及生态效益均在2002年出现最低值,之后呈上升趋势。其中,社会效益最好,生态效益波动较大,经济效益最低。2农地综合效益总体呈上升趋势,农地系统协调度波动较大,2002年出现最低值,2005年以后维持在相对较高水平。3两种方法评价结果总体一致,但生态效益、农地系统协调度在个别年份有较大差异。研究结果可为宁阳县提高农地效益和促进土地协调利用提供依据。

摘  要:
Process of agricultural land use not only involved achievement of higher economical, social, ecological and comprehensive efficiency, but also required coordination between three sub-systems. This paper takes Ningyang as researching object, constructs indicator system. Principal component analysis and analytic hierarchy process were respectively used to compute 2001~2010 agricultural land efficiency, the coefficient of variation method were used to compute coordination degree. The evaluation results showed: 1Economical, social and ecological efficiency of Ningyang agricultural land reached lowest in 2002, and then upward. In three sub-systems, social benefits was the best, ecological benefits fluctuated, economic efficiency was the lowest. 2Comprehensive efficiency went up overall. Coordination degree fluctuated, reaching lowest in 2002, and kept at a relatively high level after 2005. 3Results of two evaluation methods are generally consistent, except that ecological efficiency and coordination degree differed in some particular years. The results provide reference for Ningyang to improve agricultural land efficiency and promote coordination use of land resources.
