镉对不同品种蓖麻种子发芽的影响

摘  要:
土壤中镉(Cd)对农作物有重要影响,模拟研究了7个不同浓度Cd处理对3个蓖麻品种种子发芽的影响。结果表明:3个蓖麻品种中哲蓖4号发芽情况最好,发芽率、发芽势、芽长、根长均高于其他品种,且在Cd浓度低于40 mg/L的情况下具有较大的发芽指数和活力指数,可作为受Cd污染土壤的首选品种。不同蓖麻品种对Cd的反应不同,哲蓖4号表现为低浓度(低于20 mg/L)Cd可促进发芽,而高浓度的Cd对其发芽具有一定的抑制作用;通蓖5号和通蓖6号在各浓度Cd处理下均表现为抑制作用。

摘  要:
Cadmium in soil has an important effect on crops,the effects of 7 different concentrations of Cd on seed germination of 3 varieties of castor bean were studied.The results showed that Zhebi 4 had best germination,germination percentage,germination energy,bud length,root length were higher than other varieties,and the germination index and vigor index were larger when Cd concentration was under 40 mg/L,it could be used as the preferred variety in Cd contaminated soil.The reactions of different castor varieties to Cd were different,low concentration(less than 20 mg/L)of Cd could promote germination of Zhebi 4.However,high concentration of Cd could inhibit its germination,and Tongbi 5 and Tongbi 6 in various concentrations of Cd showed inhibition.
