林下经济对林业总产值的影响效应研究

摘  要：
我国集体林权制度改革后,林下经济的发展推动了林业经济的增长。研究表明,林下经济发展推动林业总产值增长的总效应,可分解为直接与间接两种效应,量化两种效应后,结合我国2006—2017年省际面板数据可测算出31个省市的直接与间接两种效应大小,对比分析各省市两种效应的测算结果发现,我国多数省份的林下经济发展促进了林业总产值的增长,直接效应和间接效应间存在显著的反向变化趋势。林下经济部门与林业相关产业部门之间的要素边际产出存在差距,差距大小是林下经济影响林业总产值的关键因素。

摘  要：
After reform of the collective forest rights system in China, the development of the forest economy promotes the growth of the forestry economy. The study proves that the total effects of understory economic development on the growth of total forestry output value can be decomposed into direct and indirect effects. In order to quantify these 2 effects, the article uses China′s 2006-2017 inter-provincial panel data to measure the magnitude of the direct and indirect effects of 31 provinces and cities. By comparing and analyzing the calculation results of the 2 effects in various provinces and cities, we find that understory economic development in most provinces of China promotes the growth of total forestry output value, but there is a significant reverse change trend between direct and indirect effects. The difference in the marginal output of factors between the understory economic sector and other sectors in the forestry industry is an important factor that influences the understory economy on total forestry output.
