废弃奶对荷斯坦公犊牛生长性能、血浆免疫指标及粪便微生物数量的影响

摘 要:
旨在研究牧场废弃奶对断奶前及断奶后2周的荷斯坦公犊牛生长性能、体尺指标、腹泻状态、血浆免疫指标以及粪便微生物数量的影响。试验选取24头新生的荷斯坦公犊牛,按照出生时间分为4个区组,每个区组6头犊牛,区组内随机分为3个处理,分别为代乳粉组;100%代乳粉(milk replacer, MR);混合组:50%代乳粉+50%废弃奶(mixed milk, MM);废弃奶组:100%废弃奶(waste milk, WM),试验周期为70 d。在第8,56和70天测量犊牛体尺指标和血浆免疫指标,在第49和70天采集后肠道粪便,测定犊牛粪便中大肠杆菌和乳酸菌数量,每日记录犊牛开食料采食量和粪便评分。结果表明:1)WM组的犊牛体质量随着日龄的增长极显著高于MR和MM组(P≤0.01);但不同处理对犊牛开食料采食量(P>0.10)、平均日增重(ADG,P>0.10)、总干物质采食量(DMI,P>0.10)和饲料效率(EF,P>0.05)无显著性影响;2)与MM相比,WM显著提高了犊牛体斜长(P≤0.05);与MR和MM相比,WM极显著提高了犊牛臀宽和胸围(P≤0.01),显著提高了犊牛臀高(P≤0.05);但不同处理对犊牛体高无显著性影响(P>0.10);3)WM对提高犊牛血浆中免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)有极显著影响(P≤0.01),对降低犊牛血浆中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)有极显著性影响(P≤0.01),对犊牛血浆中白细胞介素6(IL-6)有降低趋势(0.05 <P≤0.10);饲喂MM和WM的犊牛血浆中白细胞介素2(IL-2)含量在断奶前极显著高于MR,断奶后极显著低于MR(P≤0.01);4)与MR组相比,MM和WM组显著提高了断奶前后的粪便评分(P≤0.01)和粪便异常天数(P≤0.05),但各处理组对犊牛腹泻次数、抗生素治疗次数以及腹泻恢复到正常状态的天数无显著性影响(P>0.10);5)MR、MM和WM组的犊牛粪便中大肠杆菌和乳酸菌的数量无显著性差异(P>0.10)。研究结果表明,废弃奶作为犊牛的液体饲料,能够提高动物的生长性能和血浆免疫指标水平,但同时也对犊牛腹泻的发生产生一定影响。

摘 要:
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of waste milk on growth performance, body size indexes, fecal score, plasma immune indexes and fecal microorganism of Holstein male calves before and two weeks after weaning.Twenty-four newborn Holstein male calves were divided into four blocks according to birth date.In each block, the calves were randomly assigned to three treatments, which were milk replacer group(100% milk replacer, MR),mixed milk group(50% milk replacer + 50% waste milk, MM),and waste milk group(100% waste milk,WM),the experiment lasted for 70d.Calves were measured for body size and plasma immune indexes on 8,56,and 70dof age.Feces were collected on 49and 70dof age for detecting fecal E.coli and Lactobacillus.Starter intake and fecal scores were recorded daily.The results showed that:1)The weight of calves in WM was significantly higher than that in MR and MM(P≤0.01).However,different treatments had no significant effects on starter intake(P>0.10),average daily gain(ADG,P >0.10),total dry matter intake(DMI,P >0.10)and feed efficiency(FE,P>0.05)of calves;2)Compared with MM,WM significantly increased the body side length of calves(P≤0.05).MR and WM were significantly improved hip width,heart girth(P≤0.01)and hip height(P≤0.05)of calves compared with MM.Different treatments had no significant effects on body height of calves(P >0.1);3)WM significantly increased the immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and interleukin 10(IL-10)in plasma of calves(P≤0.01).WM significantly decreased the TNF-α(P≤0.01),and tended to decrease interleukin 6(IL-6)(P≤0.10)in plasma of calves.Plasma interleukin 2(IL-2)content of calves in MM and WM was significantly higher before weaning,and significantly lower after weaning than that in MR(P≤0.01);4)Compared with MR,MM and WM significantly increased fecal score(P≤ 0.01)and abnormal fecal days(P≤0.05).And no significant difference was found on diarrhea cases,treated with antibiotic times and average days to recover from diarrhea case of calves among three treatments(P>0.1);5)There was no significant difference in the contents of E.coli and Lactobacillus in feces of calves among different treatments(P>0.1).These results indicated that the supply of waste milk as liquid feed for calves improved the growth performance and the immune indexes in plasma,meanwhile,which had an effect on the occurrence of diarrhea on calves.
