水稻潜根线虫的田间群体分布和季节动态

摘 要：
采用平行跳跃式取样法，调查和研究了水稻潜根线虫（Ｈｉｒｓｃｈｍａｎｎｉｅｌａｏｒｙｚａｅ）的田间分布规律和群体季节动态。结果表明：水稻潜根线虫在稻田根内的水平分布接近均匀状态；在水稻根内的垂直分布以根尖段最多，根中段次之，根基段最少。水稻潜根线虫在广东省双季稻区，１年有２次群体密度高峰期。

摘 要：
An investigation on distribution and population dynamics of Hirschmanniella oryzae in paddy fields was conducted by means of a systematic sampling method in 1993. It was demonstrated that the horizontal distribution of H. oryzae within a paddy field was almost even. With regard to the vertical distribution of H. oryzae in rice roots, most of the population was found in the tips, less in the middle part and least in the base part of rice roots. Within a year, the population density of H. oryzae in roots in twocrop paddy showed two distinct peaks, one being the elongation stage in early rice, and the other occuring at the end of booting stage in late rice. The peak population density of H. oryzae in late rice was higher than that in early rice. Sampling methods are also discussed in this paper.
