市售蔬菜中多种农药残留污染状况分析

摘  要：
为摸清市售蔬菜产品中农药残留总体污染状况,本试验于2018年在农贸市场、超市、生产基地采集1 720份蔬菜样本,对其中常见21种农药的残留现状进行分析.结果表明,1 720份蔬菜样本中共999批次样本存在微量农药残留,占总样本量的58.1%;其中含有一种微量农药残留的有412批次,占总样本量的24.0%;含两种微量农药残留的有322批次,占总样本量的18.7%;存在三种及以上微量农药残留的有265批次,占总样本量的15.4%.综上,市售蔬菜产品中同时含有两种及两种以上微量农药残留的占比较大,建议相关部门进一步针对蔬菜产品市场对多种农药残留采取监管及风险监测工作.

摘  要：
In order to investigate the contamination situation of pesticide residues in vegetables in the markets, 21 common types of pesticides were analyzed in 1 720 samples, which were obtained from farmers' markets, supermarkets and production bases in 2018. The results showed that 999 samples were slightly contaminated by pesticides, accounting for 58.1% of the total samples. Among the contaminated samples, 412 samples were contaminated by one type of pesticide(24.0%), 322 samples were contaminated by two types of pesticides(18.7%), and 265 samples were contaminated by three or more types of pesticide(15.4%). It could be concluded that most vegetables sold in the markets were contaminated by two or more types of pesticide. It was suggested that the relevant government departments should carry out more regulating and monitoring activities for more kinds of pesticide trace residues.
