青海西宁牦牛病毒性腹泻疫病病原学调查与分析

摘  要:
为掌握青海省西宁市牦牛群中病毒性腹泻疫病各种致病原的流行情况,本试验采用RT-PCR方法对西宁市74份腹泻牦牛粪便样品进行了BVDV、BRV、BEV、BCV、BAstV的病原学检测与分析,结果显示:西宁市大部分地区均存在BVDV、BRV、BEV、BCV、BAstV的流行,以湟源县的流行最为严重,BVDV、BRV、BEV、BCV、BAstV平均阳性感染率分别为37.84%、27.03%、22.97%、5.41%、2.70%,以BVDV的感染最为严重。共存在BVDV、BRV、BEV、BAstV 4种单感型以及BVDV/BRV、BVDV/BEV、BVDV/BCV、BRV/BEV、BRV/BCV、BVDV/BRV/BEV、BVDV/BRV/BCV 7种混感型,混合感染型较多,混合感染情况较复杂。表明青海省西宁市牦牛病毒性腹泻中存在多种致病原的单独感染以及混合感染,且混合感染现象严重,为西宁市牦牛病毒性腹泻疫病的综合防控积累了资料。

摘  要:
In order to understand the epidemic situation of pathogenic pathogen of bovine viral diarrhea disease in Yak group of Xining city of Qinghai Province, the pathogenic detection and analysis of 74 diarrhea yak feces samples in Xining city were detected and analyzed by RT-PCR method. The results showed that there were BVDV,BRV BEV,BCV and BAstV in most areas of Xining city. The prevalence was most serious in Huangyuan county. The average positive infection rates of BVDV, BRV, BEV, BCV and BAstV were 37.84%, 27.03%, 22.97%, 5.41% and 2.70%, respectively. The infection of BVDV was the most serious. There were 4 mono types infection of BVDV, BRV, BEV and BAstV and 7 mixed type infection of BVDV/BRV, BVDV/BEV, BVDV/BCV, BRV/BEV, BRV/BCV, BVDV/BRV/BEV, BVDV/BRV/BCV, implicating that there were more mixed infection and complex infection. The results showed that there were several pathogens isolated and mixed infection in Yak bovine viral diarrhea in Xining city of Qinghai Province. Our data will provide information for the mixed infection was serious, which accumulated data for the comprehensive prevention and control of yak bovine viral diarrhea disease in Xining.
