摘  要:
试验比较了不同来源的淡紫紫孢菌菌株产天然VA和VE的能力。结果表明:11株淡紫紫孢菌菌株中,3株产VE,7株产VA。其中,VE含量最高的菌株为PL07,含量为287.25μg/g菌丝鲜重;VA含量最高的菌株为PL02,含量为2.68μg/g菌丝鲜重。不同菌株间产VA和VE的差别较大,菌株产VA和VE的能力与菌株来源没有相关性。

摘  要:
The production ability of vitamin A and vitamin E was detected among the different Purpureocillium lilacinum strains by HPLC in the present work.The results showed that among 11 strains,three produced vitamin E,and seven generated vitamin A.The highest content of VE was 287.25 μ g / g,which was gained from the fresh mycelium of PL07,and that of VA was 2.68 μ g / g in PL02.There existed great differences in vitamin A and vitamin E production among the tested strains,and no correlations were investigated between the production of vitamin A or vitamin E and the origin of strains.
