江西省基层农技推广“综合建站”模式的探索

摘要：

近年来,我国农业技术推广工作取得了长足发展,但在推广理念、体制机制、方式方法、队伍素质和保障条件等方面还存在着诸多不适应。江西省基于上述现状,创新提出"综合建站"模式。本文主要介绍了江西省实施基层农技推广体系改革的基本思路、探索历程和对策措施,以及下一步构建高效服务体系的展望。

摘要：

In recent years,the work of agricultural technology extension in China has gained a considerable development,but the idea,system and mechanism,methods,team quality and assurance conditions of agricultural technology extension are still inadaptable to new situations. Based on the above current situation,Jiangxi province innovatively put forward the mode of"comprehensively constructing station". This paper mainly introduces the basic idea,exploration course and measures of implementing the reform of grass-roots agricultural technology extension system in Jiangxi province,and discusses the prospects of building a high-efficient service system in the next step.
