黄瓜枯萎病菌产生厚垣孢子诱导条件的研究

摘  要:
研究了诱导黄瓜枯萎病菌[Fusarium.oxysporium f.sp.cucumarinum Owen.]产生厚垣孢子的多种条件.结果表明:黄瓜枯萎病菌在营养成分较多的PD、PS、Richards培养液中不能产生厚垣孢子,而在营养成分较少的马铃薯培养液P1、P2、P3、P4、P5中均能够产生厚垣孢子.马铃薯培养液pH值6、温度30℃、光暗交替、连续振荡培养有利于厚垣孢子的产生.

摘  要:
Producing conditions of the chlamydospores from Fusarium.oxysporium f.sp.cucumarinum were studied.The results indicated that pathogens couldn’t produce chlamydospores in PD,PS and Richards liquid media containing more nutritional components,and could produce in P1,P2,P3,P4 and P5 potato liquid media containing less nutritional components.The alternate light and dark,continuous shake cultivation are helpful to the production of the chlamydospores when the pH values of potato liquid media is 6,and culture temperature is 30 ℃.
