八种杀菌剂对八角炭疽病菌的室内毒力

摘  要:
采用菌丝生长速率法测定了25%丙环唑EC等8种杀菌剂对八角炭疽病菌胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.的室内毒力,结果表明:8种杀菌剂对八角炭疽病菌均有抑制作用,其中毒力最强的是25%丙环唑,EC_(50)值为0.022 3 mg/L,其次是25%咪鲜胺EC,EC_(50)值为0.034 2mg/L;效果最差的是43%戊唑醇SC,EC_(50)值为2.047 mg/L。

摘  要:
The toxicities of eight fungicides to pathogen causing aniseed anthracnosis were tested in laboratory through mycelia growth rate method. The results showed that all eight fungicides had a good inhibitory effect on aniseed anthracnose pathogen. Propiconazol 25% EC had the strongest virulence with EC_(50) va-lue of 0. 022 3 mg/L, the next was prochloraz 25%EC with EC_(50) value of 0. 034 2 mg/L,and tebuco-nazole 43%SC had the poorest effect with EC_(50) value of 2. 047 mg/L.
