野生兰6个珍贵品种组织培养技术研究初探

摘要：

通过收集、驯化野生兰,建立种质资源基因库,优选市场前景好的多个珍贵品种,杂交育种。用原生种种子及人工授粉的杂交种子进行组培扩繁,优选增殖、壮苗、生根培养基配方,炼苗光强、温度对无菌苗移栽成活的影响,以及基质、光强、温度等对大棚移栽成活率的影响,探讨分析野生兰珍贵品种组织培养技术研究。

摘要：

By collecting and domestication of wild orchid, the establishment of germplasm resources gene pool, and the optimization of the precious wild orchid with the good market prospect, hybrid breeding. With native seeds and artificial pollination of hybrid seeds, the propagation of the tissue culture, the optimization of the media component of propagation, strong seeding, rooting, the influence of light intensity, substrate and temperature on the transplanting survival rate in greenhouses. The tissue culture technology research of precious wild orchid are discussed.
