在过去3年祖代种鸡引种量持续大幅度增长的背景下,2014年白羽肉鸡产能达到历史高峰,肉鸡消费逐渐摆脱"速生鸡"、"H7N9"以及若干食品安全事件的冲击,开始恢复。纵观全年,白羽肉鸡市场大起大落,四季分明,从年初悲惨境地开始缓慢恢复,年中突现辉煌,年底却惨淡结束。无论如何,2014年的白羽肉鸡市场还是摆脱了2013年全面亏损的境地。2014年白羽肉鸡市场呈现新特点:祖代鸡引种量终止八连增,同比下跌22.73%。预计2015年白羽肉鸡市场风险仍存,下半年将出现全产业盈利的局面。

摘  要：
In the background of increasing of the grandparents stock breeders introduction volume substantially and widely in the past 3 years, the capacity of white broilers reached a historical peak in the year of 2014 while the demand has just got rid of the impact of quick growing chicken, H7N9 flu and several food safety affairs. In the year of 2014, the market situation of white feather broilers has went through boom and bust and a clear difference between the 4 different seasons which means the market situation was miserable at beginning of the year and recovered slowly then in the middle of the year it obtained an emergence of glory condition but ended with gloomy situation at the end of the year.Anyhow, the market of white feather broilers in 2014 has got rid of the overall defective condition in the year of 2013. In 2014, the market of white broilers appeared new characteristics: The introduction volume of the grandparents stock terminated the eight years of increase successively and it dropped 22.73%.The broiler market in2015 still remains risk, but in the latter half of the year it will makes profits from the whole industry.
